How do I care for my clay jewelry?

Polymer clay is a long-lasting durable material that can be kept beautiful and clean when taken care of properly. Keep your clay jewelry out of water. Do not bend your earrings, as that can result in breakage. For non resin-sealed clay, wipe away dirt with a damp cloth. For pesky makeup stains, apply a small amount of nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol with a Q-tip.

How do I care for my brass jewelry?

It's normal for brass to tarnish over time. Fear not! Some brass cleaner and a clean rag will do the trick. For a more natural remedy, you can apply a thin coat of ketchup to the metal, and let it sit for 30 to 60 minutes, then rinse with warm water. Take care to keep ketchup off the clay.
